More than 200,000 rules: Three curated lists you can toggle independently, covering ad networks, privacy trackers, and page clutter like cookie walls and sticky overlays. Built from EasyList, EasyPrivacy, and Fanboy’s Annoyance, plus regional lists for a dozen countries most blockers ignore.
Blocks ads in every app: Turn on Blindfold Everywhere and on-device DNS filtering blocks ads and trackers system-wide, not just in Safari. Nothing routes through a Blindfold server. You pick the resolver and your device talks to it directly.
Answers cookie pop-ups for you: Blindfold taps “reject” on your behalf, using the site’s own consent tools where it recognizes them so the rejection actually sticks, and hiding the pop-up outright otherwise.
Learns new ads on-device: When something slips through, Apple’s on-device model studies it after the page loads and a precise hiding rule gets written for that site. Nothing you browse ever leaves your iPhone.
Beats detection walls: Blindfold quietly answers the scripts sites use to detect blockers, so you are not nagged to switch it off to read.
