Features
VDOT and training zones — Enter any recent race result to get your VDOT score and five color-coded training zones: easy, marathon pace, threshold, interval, and repetition. Each zone shows pace ranges in miles and kilometers.
Race predictor — Takes a recent race time and uses the Riegel formula to predict your finish time at every standard distance from the mile to the marathon. Tap any prediction to copy it.
Pace calculator — Three-field solver for distance, time, and pace. Enter any two and it calculates the third. Unit preference persists between sessions.
Split planner — Generate race splits for any distance and goal time. Choose between even pacing and a negative split strategy with 1 to 10 percent finish acceleration.
History — The last ten calculations are saved automatically. Tap any entry to reload it.
