It works system-wide, costs $17.99 once, and can import your entire TextExpander library in about 60 seconds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That last part is the one I kept coming back to while building it. TextExpander became a subscription in 2016, and a lot of people have been holding on to old versions or using workarounds ever since. There are other one-time-purchase alternatives, but none of them have a real TextExpander import. You end up re-entering everything by hand.
