To help me assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
- App name - Which app you’re having trouble with
- Issue description - A clear description of the problem or question
- macOS version - The version of macOS you’re running (found in Apple menu > About This Mac)
- Steps to reproduce - If applicable, the steps that led to the issue
