When you purchase or download my applications, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any additional terms from the App Store.

You may access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this website’s content without permission.

App Store Terms

Apps distributed through the Mac App Store are also subject to Apple’s Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple’s terms take precedence for App Store-related matters.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use my apps or website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
