I'm Shipping an App Every Tuesday
I have been on a coding spree lately. With all these new AI coding agents, prototyping has become incredibly fast. I can have a working idea up and running in a few hours. It is honestly pretty magical.
But there is a catch. I am not finishing anything.
I build the prototype, get excited, and then… I get another idea. I start that new one, get it working, and the cycle repeats. My hard drive is becoming a graveyard of “almost done” projects.
I am tired of that. It stops now.
I am giving myself a deadline. Starting next Tuesday, I am going to release one finished macOS app every single week. Every Tuesday. No excuses.
The first one up is Soundshine.
It is a simple tool that does one thing well: it lets you route audio around your Mac. If you have ever tried to record system audio or pipe one app’s sound into another, you know it can be a headache. Soundshine acts as a loopback driver to make that easy.
I will have more details on launch day. For now, I just wanted to put this in writing so I actually stick to it. See you next Tuesday.
